Wenn Del is a road that branches from the Great North Road in Topaz territory and leads into First Wood of the Forests of Silence. It is named for the Wenn, who prowl the road in search of prey.

History

The Forests of Silence

Barda and Lief took Wenn Del as a shortcut to the Forests of Silence to save a day of travel. The word "BEWARE" had been written over the signpost, and the signpost had been pushed over into the underbrush. Lief and Barda took the path anyway, were ambushed and knocked unconscious by the Wenn, and brought into First Wood to be prey for the Wennbar.

Secrets of Deltora

Doran mentions Wenn Del is not a save road to the Forests, instead he recommends usage of Num's Way, which is further north. Doran also points out that there is a bridge on the road.
