This page should be merged with The City of the Rats (location)[]
While Hira is a location in the books, it's the same place as the City of the Rats. This page should be made into a small section on that page.

I agree that they should probably be merged, but I think CotR should be merged with Hira, since "City of the Rats" isn't it's actual name. It's just a descriptive... nickname I guess yu could call it. They refer to it as Hira in Dragons of Deltora.--LapisScarab 06:26, January 29, 2011 (UTC)
