Rue was a Deltoran wanderer who helped dig a canal in Opal territory to separate the Plain of the Rats from an orchard to its north.[1]
History[]
When the rat plague of Hira grew too dangerous to control, Rue was comissioned to dig a canal into the Broad River to protect the northern apple orchards from the rats.[1]
