She was in charge of the Rithmere Games. Under the Shadow Lord's direction, she tricks champions and finalists including the trio into the hands of Grey Guards. The Grey Guards takes them into the Shadow Arena as gladiators.

She orders here minions to steal from people in Rithmere. Anyone who disobeys is threathen to be thrown in the Shifting Sands. When she steals Filli through a minion, the counselor realizes Filli as an ultra rare creature and can be worth from 1 to 10 million gold coins. However at the pet auction, Filli escapes and she defeats another pet to try to claim back Filli especially with offers up to 200 million gold coins. In the end, Filli was deemed unsuitable because it was missing a spiked hair.
