This individual was a Zebak man and member in the Zebak Grach Fleet, in which he served as the handler to Bara.[1]

History[]

Rowan and the Zebak[]

Flying upon the back of Bara with the Zebak war leader at the head of the incoming fleet, Bara's handler held his own when Bara gave a sudden and unexpected mid-air roll that almost sent the commander plunging to his doom. Explaining this action to be a reaction of fear in answer to a roar from the Mountain, Bara's Handler's response was met with scorn from the Zebak Commander, who relayed the order of his subordinate to deliver a lash to the hide of his steed. Before Bara's Handler could even reach for his whip, the sudden arrival of a roaring mass of fire and white scales sent Bara bucking and his handler clinging to the back of his steed, hearing but not seeing his chieftain cry for help as he fell to his death before clinging to Bara's back as the 120-year-old Grach sped away as fast as his wings could carrying him, returning to the Land of the Zebak was stories of a huge, awesome, ice-white, ancient thing, of gaping jaws crammed with needle-sharp teeth and a terrible jealous anger that defended Rin's skies mercilessly.

Personality[]

Abilities[]

As the handler of the Grach ridden upon by the chief commander of the Zebak Fleet, Bara's handler was presumably a skilled Grach rider. He was also relatively strong, proven by his ability to cling to the bucking Bara as the Grach fled the Dragon of the Mountain, which spared his life.
